Tato práce přibližuje jednotlivé postupy v rámci stavebního řízení a na příkladech ukazuje možné problémy při projednávání povolení podle stavebního zákona. This bachelor thesis describes individual processes within the building permit framework. It uses examples to show possible obstacles during the process of issuing of a building permit according to the Building Code. It also introduces possibilities of concerned institutions and civic associations throughout the process from Environmental Impact Assessment down to building permit issue and possibilities …more
