Rating of financial health and economic stability of a company

Abstract:

Nástrojem, který vede k efektivnímu finančnímu a investičnímu řízení podniku a jeho následnému upevnění tržního postavení, je finanční analýza, která je nedílnou součástí denního života každého úspěšného manažera. Finanční analýza podtrhuje nejen momentální finanční situaci podniku, ale také sleduje vývoj a hospodaření po celou dobu jeho existence. Finanční analýza je velmi rozmanitý nástroj pro operativní a strategické rozhodování, jak v investičním, tak ve finančním sektoru podniku. V této závěrečné práci jsou popsány metody finanční analýzy, její postupy, samotná realizace, vyhodnocení a v konečné fázi navrhnutí ekonomických opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku. Podnik, který bude v této bakalářské práci analyzován, je akciová společnost Chemopetrol. Použité základní ekonomické ukazatele: horizontální a vertikální analýza, rentabilita, likvidita, aktivita, zadluženost, bankrotní a bonitní modely.

Abstract:

The tool, which leads to efficient financial and investment management of a company and the following fixation of its market position, is the financial analysis, which is an important part of the day´s work of every successful manager. The financial analysis points out not only the financial situation of a company, but it also monitors the evolution and management during its existence. A financial analysis is very a large-sale tool for operative and strategy decision making in both investment and financial sectors of a company. In this thesis there are shown methods of financial analysis, its procedures, implementation and evaluation and in the end of the thesis there are propositions of economic remedies aimed to improve the financial situation of a company. The company which will be analysed in this bachelor thesis is the corporation Chemopetrol. The used basic economic indices: horizontal and vertical analysis, profitability, liquidity, activity, indebtedness and bankruptcy and scoring models.
