Abstract:
Stabilizační operace páteře patří dnes k nejčastějším spondylochirurgickým výkonům. Pro ukotvení montáže do obratlů jsou nejčastěji používány transpedikulární šrouby. S postupním stárnutím populace, a tedy i operovaných pacientů, operujeme stále častěji pacienty s osteoporózou či osteopenií, u kterých se riziko uvolnění montáže zvyšuje. Spinal stabilisation is nowadays one of the most common spinal surgeries. Pedicular screws are the most frequently employed method of assembly fixation.
