Práce se zabývá analýzou právního postavení subjektů systému doménových jmen (ICAAN, správců TLD, registrátorů, subregistrátorů a držitelů) a jejich vzájemných právních vztahů. The thesis deals with analysis of domain names system entities’ legal status (ICANN, registry operators, registrars, sub-registrars, and holders) and their mutual legal relationships.
