Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebními aktivitami v Ústí nad Labem v období 19691989. Nejprve je práce zaměřena na historii Ústí s důrazem na jeho stavební vývoj. Podrobněji je zpracována architektura a urbanismus města z doby od konce druhé světové války do roku 1968, které se staly základem pro další stavební činnost, jež je hlavní těžištěm této práce. Následující část textu podává ucelený přehled o stavebním vývoji v Ústí nad Labem v letech 19691989, který zahrnuje urbanistické studie města i jeho jednotlivých částí, architektonické realizace a neuskutečněné návrhy, nikoliv však stavby soukromé. Důraz je kladen na poskytnutí detailního rozboru jednotlivých vybraných projektů včetně plánové a fotografické dokumentace. Téma je doplněno také o příklady uměleckých děl spjatých s uvedenou architektonickou tvorbou. Práce je zakončena stručným shrnutím stavebního vývoje Ústí po roce 1989. Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout kompletní přehled informací o daném tématu a objasnit rozvoj města Ústí nad Labem v souvislosti jeho historického stavebního vývoje a dobového kontextu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with construction activities in Ústí nad Labem in the period 19691989. The work starts by focusing on the history of Ústí with an emphasis on the development of construction. The architecture and town planning of the city from the end of the Second World War until 1968 is dealt with in more detail as this became the basis for further construction activity, which is the main focus of this work. The following text provides a comprehensive overview of the development of construction in Ústí nad Labem from 19691989, which includes town planning studies of the city and its individual parts, architectonic realization and unrealized proposals, but not private owners buildings. Emphasis is placed on providing a detailed analysis of individual projects, including plans and photographic documentation. The theme is supplemented by examples of works of art related to the architecture presented. The work is concluded by a brief summary of constructional development in Ústí after 1989. The aim of the thesis is to provide a complete overview of the information on the given topic and illuminate the development of Ústí nad Labem in the context of its historical constructional development and the period.
