Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá distribucí vápníku, zinku a fosforu v melanomech liběchovských prasat MeLiM (Melanoma-bearing Liběchov Minipig). S využitím laserové ablace spojené s hmotnostní spektrometrií indukčně vázaného plazmatu byla analyzována zdravá tkáň a řezy kožních nádorů z fáze spontánní regrese a progrese. Abstract:
The main point of this bachelor’s thesis is the determination of changes in the distribution of calcium, zinc, phosphorus and calcium-binding proteins during spontaneous regression of skin tumours in MeLiM (Melanoma-bearing Liběchov Minipig) pigs from Liběchov.
