Accountancy aspects of insolvency
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces insolvenčního řízení. Teoretická část se zabývá právní úpravou insolvence a popisem jednotlivých způsobů řešení úpadku. Hlavní pozornost je věnována problematice konkursu a reorganizace z pohledu účetnictví a oceňování. Praktická část je založena na analýze účetních výkazů vybraných společností za období před a po vstupu do insolvenčního řízení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the process of insolvency proceedings. The theoretical part includes insolvency legislation and descriptions of the various means of resolving insolvency. The main attention is on the bankruptcy and reorganization by the accounting and valuation.
