Obsahem této práce je zmapování trhu hypotečního bankovnictví v České republice a nastínění budoucího vývoje. The purpose of this work is to map the mortgage market in the Czech Republic and to outline the future developement. In particular, I want to analyze the developement of the mortgage market to this date, i.e. up to 2006, which conseguently compare with the following year 2007.
