Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovních faktorů, které jsou regulované legislativním nařízením týkajících se základních pracovních podmínek. Cílem práce je provést analýzu rozhodování absolventů VŠ k volbě svého budoucího zaměstnání.
