Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce s názvem ?Empatie a možnosti jejího rozvoje? bylo zjistit, zda se změnila úroveň empatie u studentů oboru Poradenství v sociální práci po absolvování sociálně psychologického výcviku, který je na Ostravské univerzitě zařazen mezi povinné předměty v druhém ročníku bakalářského studia. V teoretické části své práce věnuji pozornost především problematice pojetí empatie, dále uvádím přehled různých koncepcí empatie a zabývám se také problematikou jejího rozvoje a měřitelnosti. Zajímala mě i souvislost empatie a prosociálního chování. V další části své práce se následně věnuji problematice sociálně psychologického výcviku, podmínkám a pravidlům, které je nezbytné při jeho realizaci dodržovat. Výsledky výzkumu a jejich interpretaci uvádím ve výzkumné části své práce. Při výzkumu byly použity dva typy dotazníků: Škála sociální žádoucnosti a Index interpersonální reaktivity. Dílčími cíly výzkumu bylo: 1) Zjistit, zda u respondentů statisticky významně koreluje úroveň empatického zájmu v pretestu a posttestu. 2) Zjistit, zda u respondentů statisticky významně koreluje úroveň přijímání perspektivy v pretestu a po-sttestu. 3) Zjistit, zda u respondentů statisticky významně koreluje úroveň osobního distresu v pretestu a posttestu. 4) Zjistit, zda u respondentů statisticky významně koreluje úroveň fantazijní empatie v pretestu a posttestu. 5) Zjistit, zda u respondentů statisticky významně koreluje úroveň sociální desirability v pretestu a posttestu. 6) Zjistit, zda se u respondentů statisticky významně liší úroveň empatického zájmu v pretestu a posttestu. 7) Zjistit, zda se u respondentů statisticky významně liší úroveň přijímání perspektivy v pretestu a posttestu. 8) Zjistit, zda se u respondentů statisticky významně liší úroveň osobního distresu v pretestu a posttestu. 9) Zjistit, zda se u respondentů statisticky významně liší úroveň proměnné fantazijní empatie v pretestu a posttestu. 10) Zjistit, zda se u respondentů statisticky významně liší úroveň sociální desirability v pretestu a posttestu. 11) Zjistit statisticky významné korelace mezi všemi zkoumanými proměnnými. Výsledky výzkumu neprokázaly statisticky významný posun v žádné ze složek em-patie, čímž se v podstatě potvrdil názor některých odborníků, že empatie je dispoziční vlastnost, jejíž úroveň není možno tréninkem ovlivňovat. Posun na hranici statistické významnosti byl zaznamenán pouze pro hodnoty naměřené pro Škálu sociální žádoucnosti. Abstract:

My main aim of my bachelor´s work, with the name ?The empathy and possibilities of its development?, was found out whether the level of the emphathy has changed at student sof counselling at social work after getting through of the social psychological training, which is put into among compulsory subjects in the second year of the bachelor? s study at the university in Ostrava. In my theoretical part of my work I take heed of the problems of the empathy conception especially, further I mention knowledge of various empathy conceptions and I also occupy the problems of its development and measurability. I was interested in the empathy connection and prosocial behaviour. In the other part of my work I take heed of the social psychological training problems, conditions and rules, which are imperative to observe during its implementation. I mention the scientific results and their interpretation in the research part of my work. Two types of questionnaires were used during the research: the Scale of social requirement and the Index of interpersonal reactivity. It was found out by the partial aims of the research: 1) to find out whether the level of the empathy interest correls statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 2) to find out whether the level of the perspective receiving correls statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 3) to find out whether the level of the personal distress correls statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 4) to find out whether the level of the imaginary empathy correls statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 5) to find out whether the level of the social desirability correls statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 6) to find out whether the level of the empathy interest distinguishes statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 7) to find out whether the level of the perspective receiving distinguishes statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 8) to find out whether the level of the personál distress distinguishes statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 9) to find out whether the level of the variable imaginary empathy distinguishes statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 10) to find out whether the level of the social desirability distinguishes statistically and meaningfully at the respondents in the pretest and the posttest. 11) to find out statistically meaningful correlation among all of research variabilities. Statistically the scientific results did not show meaningful shift in any parts of the empathy. In essence the opinion was confirmed by some experts, that the empathy is disposal quality and its level can not by affected by the training. The shift was entered on the border of the statistical meaning only for the measuring values for the scale of social requirement.
