Enzymová katalýza dehalogenační reakce

Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the potential of medium engineering for hydrolytic enzymes. Extraordinary attention is given to evaluation of the effect of organic solvents on activity, stability and enantioselectivity of selected haloalkane dehalogenase DbjA. These enzymes hold high potential for the preparation of enantiopure pharmaceuticals.
