Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na technickou a ekonomickou analýzu pasivního domu. V práci jsou obsaženy základní informace popisující problematiku pasivního domu. Práce obsahuje popis skutečného pasivního domu včetně jeho analýzy formou návrhu průkazu energetické náročnosti a termovizní diagnostiky. The submitted master thesis is focused on the technical and economical analysis of passive house. The thesis includes basic information's describing issues of passive house. The thesis contains a description of the real passive house including its technical analysis in the form of an energy performance certificate and infrared thermography.
