Organization Arrangement of the Film Staff: Delegation of Work Assignment

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organizační strukturou filmového štábu. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit, zda v rámci českého filmového průmyslu nedochází k přetěžování členů štábu. Práce byla rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část se na základě citací z odborných zdrojů zabývá složením filmových štábů, dále se pak věnuje delegování. Ve druhé, praktické části, je představen průzkum, který pomocí metody dotazování zkoumal přetíženost zaměstnanců štábu. Za největší přínos této práce je možné považovat zjištění, že filmový štáb je potřeba doplnit především o asistentské a pomocné pozice a že je potřeba zefektivnit metodu delegování.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the organization arrangement of the film staff. Its aim was to discover, whether the staff´s members were not overworked within the Czech film industry. The thesis had been divided in two areas. The first theoretical part described the composition of the film staff, with was followed by the method of delegation. The second practical part used the method of questioning to ascertain the overwork of the film staff´s members. The major benefit of this work might be the discovery that the film staff should be refilled with the assistant and auxiliary positions and the method of delegation should be more effective.
