Anotace:

The aim of this thesis is to investigate investment effectiveness and the methods used for its evaluation, as well as to analyse the effectiveness of a particular investment project and also financial efficiency of the company will be analysed firstly for the purpose of finding out if the company is in good financial condition for their upcoming and expired investments and their analysis of JSC “KazTransGas Aymak”, and to draw practical conclusions regarding the potential benefits from its implementation. The theoretical part of the thesis will be dedicated to the investigation of the key theoretical aspects related to investment activities and the evaluation of their effectiveness. Its main aim will be to form a comprehensive background of the methods and indicators used for the evaluation of investment efficiency. The practical part will be dedicated to the evaluation of a particular project’s investment effectiveness. Based on the findings of the research, practical conclusions will be drawn with regard to the potential profitability of the analysed project.
