Competitive Environment Analysis of the Company XY

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy konkurenčního prostředí firmy XY. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky o konkurenci, konkurenčním prostředí, o analýze konkurence, o prostředí podniku a také které faktory mohou podnik ovlivňovat. Dále je vysvětlena PEST analýza, SWOT analýza a Porterův pěti faktorový model. Praktická část popisuje firmu XY, poté jsou představeni hlavní konkurenti firmy. Následuje porovnávání konkurence podle různých hledisek. Poté je vypracována PEST analýza, Porterův pěti faktorový model a SWOT analýza. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti a komunikace se zákazníkem firmy XY.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the competitive environment analysis of the company XY. The theoretical part presents basic terminology about competition, competitive environment, competition analysis, business environment. It explains which factors can influence the company. Further, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and the Porter five forces model are explained. The practical part describes the company XY, then its main competitors are introduced. The following part compares the competitors according to different criteria. The work further contains PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and the Porter five forces model. Based on the findings suggestions are created for competitiveness increase and better communication with the customer for the company XY.
