Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem nezaměstnanosti znevýhodněných skupin. V teoretické části práce objasňuje přístupy ke studiu a vymezuje pojmy, které jsou v práci užívány, hodnotí současný stav trhu práce v České republice. The thesis deals with theme unemployment of disadvantaged groups. In theoretical part are clarified approaches to study and defined terms, which are used in thesis, asses the situation of labor market in Czech Republic.
