Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou konkurencieschopnosti firmy Base Camp, s. r. o. Cieľom tejto práce je zistiť, akú veľkú má podnik Base Camp konkurencieschopnosť a taktiež, aké má podnik možnosti, aby svoju konkurencieschopnosť zvýšil. Práca obsahuje dve časti. Prvá časť je časť teoretická, ktorá popisuje základnú problematiku dôležitých pojmov, ktoré patria k tejto téme. Informácie, ktoré som nadobudla v tejto časti, sú výhradne z odbornej literatúry. Druhou časťou je praktická časť. V tejto časti sa zameriavam na analýzu firmy Base Camp, s. r. o. Úvod patrí predstaveniu firmy a k predstaveniu jej hlavných konkurentov. Praktická časť sa venuje rozboru Porterovej analýzy piatich konkurenčných síl, PEST analýzy, benchmarkingu a SWOT analýzy, pričom súčasťou analýz je aj dotazníkové šetrenie. Na konci práce som zhodnotila nadobudnuté poznatky a odporučenia ako vylepšiť konkurencieschopnosť pre mnou zvolený podnik.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the Base Camp company. The goal of this work is to find out how competitive the Base Camp company is and also what possibilities the company has to increase its competitiveness. The work contains two parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which describes the basic issues of important concepts that are related to this topic. The information I acquired in this section are exclusively from professional literature. The second part is the practical part. In this part, I focus on the analysis of the company Base Camp. The prologue is focused on the introduction of the company and to the introduction of its main competitors. The practical part is focused on Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, PEST analysis, benchmarking and SWOT analysis, the analysis also includes a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, I evaluated the acquired knowledge and recommendations on how to improve the competitiveness of my chosen company.
