Abstract:

Hana Pořízková Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, Masarykova univerzita v Brně Název práce: Analýza institucionální podpory integrace cizinců na trh práce v regionu Brno-město a Brno-venkov Počet slov: 20 386 Tématem diplomové práce je institucionální podpora integrace cizinců ve zvoleném regionu. Cílem práce je zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky: „Jaká je úroveň institucionální podpora integrace cizinců na trh práce v regionu Brně-městě a Brně-venkov?“ Práce je členěna na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je nastíněna situace cizinců v České republice a jsou zde objasněny některé základní pojmy, jako migrace, institucionální podpora, integrace a postavení cizinců na trhu práce. Praktická část objasňuje volbu výzkumné metody a strategie, techniky sběru dat, jednotku zkoumání a jednotku zjišťování. Dále popisuje operacionalizaci, průběh vlatsního šetření i zpracování dat. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je v interpretaci uvedena odpověd na dílčí výzkumné otázky a zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Number of words: 20 386 The thesis deals with the institutional support for the integration of foreigners in the chosen region. The goal is to answer the main research questions: "What is the institutional support for integration of foreigners into the labor market in Brno-city and Brno-rural areas?" The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the situation of foreigners in the Czech Republic and are here explained some basic concepts such as migration, institutional support, integration and the status of foreigners in the labor market. The practical part explains the research methods and choice of strategies and techniques of data collection, examination and observation unit. Also describes the operationalization, vlatsního course of this investigation and data processing. Based on the findings is the interpretation given answers to research questions and answers the question.
