Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Zhodnocení strategického a územního plánování ve městě Litoměřice ve vybraných oblastech" se zaměřuje na zhodnocení návaznosti, propojenosti a kompatibility strategického a územního plánování. Cílem je zhodnotit vzájemný vztah nástrojů rozvoje města Litoměřice, zda územní plán naplňuje cíle strategického plánu, především v oblasti dopravní infrastruktury a objektů brownfields. Použitou metodikou byla analýza strategického a územního plánování, komparace a analogie strategického a územního plánu. Šetření potvrzuje návaznost územního plánu na strategický plán v daných oblastech. Přínosem práce jsou návrhy úprav Územního plánu Litoměřice, které by pomohly vyřešit problémy v analyzovaných tematických oblastech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis "Assessment of strategic and land use planning in Litoměřice in selected areas" is focused on evaluation of continuity, interconnectivity and compatibility of the strategic and land use planning. The main aim of the thesis is to assess the mutual relation between the tools used for the development of the Litoměřice town. Whether the land use plan managed to fulfill the tasks of the strategic plan in the field of transport infrastructure and brownfield lands. The used methodology in the thesis is the analysis of strategic and land use planning, comparison and analogy of the strategic and land use planning. The survey confirms the direct connection between the land use plan and the strategic plan in the stated areas. The contribution of the thesis are some suggested changes in Litoměřice's land use plan, which would help to solve some problems of those areas.
