Finanční asistence umožňuje kapitálové společnosti poskytnout třetím osobám pomoc s financováním při nabytí podílu této společnosti. O poskytnutí finanční asistence rozhoduje valná hromada jakožto nejvyšší orgán kapitálové společnosti, a to prostřednictvím usnesení, jehož podmínky vydání jsou stanoveny zákonnými pravidly. Financial assistance allows corporations to provide third parties with financing assistance in acquiring shares of the company.
