Tato bakalářská práce má název "Bankovní závazkové instrumenty" a zabývá se problematikou platebních a zajišťovacích bankovních instrumentů, u kterých banka vstupuje do závazku. This bachelor work is titled as "The Instruments representing Bank Obligation" and deals with the issue of both the payment and hedging instruments at which banks has to accept an obligation. My thesis does focus on both demanding and in practical life very frequently applied banking collaterals - documentary letter of credit and bank guarantee.
