Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou přípustného rizika. Vystihuje jeho podstatu včetně srovnání s ostatními okolnostmi vylučujícími protiprávnost. Dále se zabývá významem přípustného rizika ve třech nejdůležitějších oblastech, a sice ve zdravotnictví, hospodářství a sportu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the concept of an tolerable risk. It sums up the acceptable risk principle and moreover, the circumstances preventing its use are discussed. Then, the usability of acceptable risk is presented in three selected fields, namely medicine, economics, and sport.
