Abstract:
Diplomová práca je zameraná na meranie zákazníckej spokojnosti vo vybranom podniku.Obsahuje teoretickú časť v ktorej definuje pojmy skúmanej tematiky a jej čitateľa oboznamuje s problematikou.Cieľom práce je vyhodnotiť aktuálny stav merania zákazníckej spokojnosti v spoločnosti Chep CZ,s.r.o. a na základe výsledkov zostavuje návrhy a odporúčania pre túto spoločnosť.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the measurement of customer satisfaction in the selected company. It contains a theoretical part in which it defines the terms of the researched topic and familiarizes the reader with the terminology.
