Analysis of interventricular conduction anisotropy in patients indicated to cardiac resynchronization therapy

Abstract:

Disertační práce se věnuje analýze anizotropie interventrikulárního vedení u pacientů indikovaných k srdeční resynchronizační terapii. V úvodní části je rozebrána optimalizace srdeční resynchronizační terapie se zaměřením na elektrokardiografické metody nastavení převodních časů. Na přehledovou část navazuje původní vědecká práce, která definuje rozdíly v mezikomorových převodních časech a tento jev analyzuje v návaznosti na sledované klinické parametry. Výsledky jsou nakonec diskutovány a sumarizovány.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis is devoted to the analysis of interventricular conduction anisotropy in patients indicated to cardiac resynchronization therapy. The optimization of cardiac resynchronization therapy with focus on electrocardiographic methods of conduction times optimization is discussed in the introductory part. The review is followed by the original scientific work which defines the differences in interventricular conduction times and analyzes this phenomenon in relation to the observed clinical parameters. The results are finally discussed and summarized.
