Tato práce se zabývá nekalými obchodními praktikami při označování potravin. Pro tuto problematiku je charakteristické propojení právní úpravy nekalé soutěže, ochrany spotřebitele a označování potravin. This thesis deals with unfair commercial practices in food labeling. For this issue it is characteristic to connect legislation of unfair competition, consumer protection and food labeling. The thesis contains analysis of relevant provisions of both Czech and European legislation.
