The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the problem of commercial obligations. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one is aimed at basic terms, characteristics and mainly at the essence of commercial obligations itself. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou obchodných záväzkových vzťahov. Práca je rozdelená na tri hlavné kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na základné pojmy, charakteristiky, a najmä na samotnú podstatu obchodných záväzkových vzťahov.
