Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením olympijského hnutí v mezinárodních vztazích a sportovní diplomacií. V první kapitole rozebírá olympijské hnutí, jeho antické kořeny i obnovení na konci 19. století. Druhá kapitola přestavuje sportovní diplomacii jako součást veřejné diplomacie v souvislosti s pořádáním olympijských her. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the role of the Olympic movement in the international relations and sport diplomacy. The first chapter describes the Olympic movement, its antic roots and its resumption at the end of the 19th century.
