V mé diplomové práci se zabývám otázkou investičních fondů. Zaměřuji se na právní úpravu v České republice. Zmiňuji historii fondů ve světě a historii u nás po roce 1989. Konkrétním zaměřením je možnost daňové optimalizace zisku právnických osob skrze investiční fond. Fungování optimalizace a jednotlivé druhy jsou v této práci zásadní. In my dissertation I deal with a question of the investment funds. I focus on the law legislation in the Czech Republic. I mention the history of the funds in the world and history in our country after 1989. The real target is focus on tax optimization of legal entities and their profits through an investment fund.
