Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza informačních systémů ve státní službě. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecně informačními systémy veřejné správy, jejich obecnou charakteristikou, legislativní úpravou a povinnostem souvisejícím s jejich správou. Dále jsou v této diplomové práci popsány ty informační systémy veřejné správy, které mají přímou spojitost s Informačním systémem o státní službě. Konkrétně se jedná o základní registry a centrální místo služeb. Informačnímu systému o státní službě je věnována praktická část práce. Je zde popsán jeho vývoj, jednotlivé části, architektura a provázanost s jinými informačními systémy veřejné správy. Důraz je kladen na analýzu souladu s příslušnou legislativní úpravou.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of information systems in civil services. The theoretical part deals with information systems of public administration in general, their general characteristics, legislation and obligations related to their administration. Furthermore, this thesis describes those information systems of public administration, which have a direct connection with the Information System of Civil Service. Specifically, these are basic registers and a central interconnect. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the Information System of Civil Service. There is described its development, particular parts, architecture and interconnection with other information systems of public administration. Emphasis is placed on compliance with relevant legislation.
