Bachelor thesis deals with emotional design - a way of designing products and services, which aims to provoke certain emotions in users. The theoretical part explains the emotion from a psychological point of view, is dedicated to the user experience and to several methods used for its emotional enrichment. Bakalárska diplomová práca sa zaoberá emočným designom – spôsobom navrhovania produktov a služieb, ktorý má za cieľ vyvolávať v užívateľoch určité emócie. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje emócie z psychologického hľadiska, venuje sa užívateľskému prežitku a niekoľkým metódam používaným na jeho emočné obohatenie.
