Employee's benefits of selected accounting units

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Zaměstnanecké benefity vybrané účetní jednotky“ se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů v kontextu současné právní úpravy, daňového zatížení a personální politiky organizací. Cílem práce je analyzovat poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané účetní jednotce a zhodnotit jejich efektivitu z pohledu zaměstnavatele i zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy související s motivací zaměstnanců a systémem odměňování. Dále se zaměřuje na klasifikaci zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich legislativní ukotvení a daňové aspekty jejich poskytování. Praktická část představuje analyzovanou organizaci, hodnotí stávající systém benefitů a prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření realizovaného mezi zaměstnanci. Na základě provedené analýzy jsem formuloval doporučení pro optimalizaci benefitního systému s cílem zvýšení jeho účinnosti, atraktivity pro zaměstnance a zároveň ekonomické udržitelnosti pro zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis titled “Employee Benefits of a Selected Accounting Entity” focuses on the issue of employee benefit systems in the context of current legislation, taxation, and human resource management. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of employee benefits provided by a selected organization and to evaluate their effectiveness from both the employer’s and employees’ perspectives. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to employee motivation and reward systems. It further examines the classification of employee benefits, their legal framework, and the tax implications associated with their provision. The practical part introduces the selected organization, evaluates its existing benefit structure, and presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among its employees. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to optimize the current benefit system in order to increase its effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and long-term sustainability for the employer
