Cílem práce je vytvoření etického kodexu pro firmu Femida Invest s.r.o. The aim of this work is to create a code of ethics for the company Femida Invest s.r.o. In the aesthetic part, the thesis contains an explanation of elements of CSR and ethical management to the possibilities of implementation of the code of ethics into the selected company.
