Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na korupci v soukromém sektoru. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů, kde je probráno, co korupce znamená, a jaké jsou její právní aspekty. Primárním cílem této práce je zjištění, jak se korupce objevuje v soukromém sektoru a jak jí lze čelit. Předpokladem bojem s korupcí je protikorupční prostředí. This thesis is focused on corruption in the private sector. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of terms, where is discussed what corruption means and what are its legal aspects. The primary goal of this work is to find out how corruption occurs in the private sector and how it can be tackled. The anticorruption environment is a prerequisite for fighting corruption.
