Optimalizace holdingové struktury akciové společnosti

Abstract:
Navržení nejvhodnější struktury holdingu v závislosti na rozšíření činnosti o maloobchodní činnost. Analýza současného stavu hutní výroby válcovaných produktů a obchodování s hutním materiálem na trhu. Případná změna současné struktury, která je postavena na struktuře mateřská společnost a dvě dceřiné společnosti. Zhodnocení navrhované struktury z pohledu organizace a způsobu řízení.

A proposition of the most suitable holding structure depending on the expansion of the retail business. The analysis of the actual state of metallurgic production of rolled products and the trading with metallurgical material.
