Existence státního občanství bývá obvykle opírána o pozitivněprávní úpravu. Tato disertační práce nabízí posun paradigmatu, když za ústřední považuje otázku důvěry mezi občanem a státem. The existence of citizenship is usually based on positive law. This dissertation offers a paradigm shift where the essential component of citizenship is the trust between the citizen and the state.
