Cílem práce bylo stanovení plazmatické koncentrace řady endoteliálních substancí u jinak zdravých jedinců s primární hypertenzí a jejich porovnání se zdravými normotenzními kontrolami, dále stanovení změny v plazmatické koncentraci oxidu dusnatého (vyjádřeného jako NOx) po zahájení antihypertenzní léčby a jejich porovnání s koncentracemi u pacientů s prokázanou rezistentní hypertenzí. The primary goal of study was to determine plasmatic levels of multiple endothelial substances in otherwise healthy patients with primary hypertension and compare them to healthy individuals.
