Abstract:
Tato práce využívá terénního experimentu k analýze vlivu obličejové krásy na pracovním trhu skrz reakce osob zodpovědných za nábor pracovníků. V rámci něho je rozesláno 333 životopisů na 111 unikátních pracovních nabídek v oboru služeb. This study utilizes a field experiment to analyze the impact of facial attractiveness in the labor market through the responses of individuals responsible for employee recruitment. Within this framework, 333 resumes are sent out for 111 unique job offers in the service industry.
