Current treatment of age-related macular degeneration
Abstract:
Cílem mojí práce je shrnout všechny dostupné terapeutické postupy, které se používají u léčby věkem podmíněné makulární degenerace. Popsala jsem jejich provedení, zhodnotila výsledky studií a přínos pro pacienty, nežádoucí účinky a prognózy. Zaměřila jsem se hlavně na nejvíce používanou léčbu a léky a dostupné závěry. Abstract:
The goal of this paper is to summarized all available therapeutic procedures used in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. I described its implementation, evaluate study results and benefits for patients, side effects and prognosis.
