Práce je zaměřena na studium analýz stabilních izotopů H a O a hydrogeochemických analýz (konduktivita, teplota, vydatnost, pH, alkalita, koncentrace Ca2+, index nasycení kalcitem a PCO2(w)) ve skapových vodách jeskyní Moravského krasu (Punkevní jeskyně, Kateřinská jeskyně) a v řece Punkvě. The thesis is focused on a study of the stable isotopes H and O analyses and the hydrogeochemical analyses (electrical conductivity, temperature, discharge, pH, alkalinity, Ca2+ concentration, saturation index with respect to calcite and PCO2(w)) of the dripwaters in the caves of the Moravian Karst (Punkva Caves, Kateřinská Cave) and the river Punkva.
