Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývat významem strategické analýzy pro tvorbu strategie podniku – Fashion Church. Cílem práce je, jak už bylo zmíněno v názvu strategická analýza a na základě výsledků výzkumu vyhodnotit současné zdravý a postavení firmy Fashion Church na trhu a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stability podniku a postavení firmy na českém trhu. Na základě porovnání a syntézy v teorii popsaných analýz a metod, zvolit a popsat výhodnou analýzu a implementovat do metodiky vlastní přizpůsobení metod povaze trhu a cílům práce. Cílem práce je na základě získaných dat, vytvořit doporučení ve vztahu k použité metodice měření a aplikovat inovovanou metodu. Využití získaných výsledků měření, navrhnout doporučení a opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení zdravý firmy a postavení na českém trhu. Výstupy a konečná doporučení lze využít pro potřeby managementu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of strategic analysis for the creation of a business strategy - Fashion Church. The aim of the thesis is, as mentioned in the title Strategic Analysis and based on the results of the research, to assess the current health and position of Fashion Church on the market and to propose measures aimed at improving the stability of the company and the position of the company on the Czech market. On the basis of comparison and synthesis in the theory of the described analyzes and methods, to choose and describe the advantageous analysis and to implement in the methodology the own adaptation of the methods of the market and the aims of the work. The aim of the thesis is to build on the acquired data, to make recommendations in relation to the used measurement methodology and to apply the innovative method. Using the obtained measurement results, proposing recommendations and measures leading to the improvement of a healthy company and position on the Czech market. Outputs and final recommendations can be used for management purposes.
