Bakalářská práce řeší uplatnění absolventek na trhu práce ze dvou pohledů. Analyzuje uplatnění absolventek při vstupu na trh práce před rodičovskou dovolenou a po rodičovské dovolené v hlavním městě Praze. Práce se zaměřuje na překážky vstupu na trh práce, spojené s diskriminací žen na trhu práce, se začleněním žen po mateřské a rodičovské dovolené, s postojem zaměstnavatelů k ženám s dětmi a pracuje …more
