Demografická změna a její vliv na politiku podniků v oblasti získávání nových pracovníků.

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou politiky podniku v oblasti současných demografických změn, zejména v kontextu stárnutí populace. Zároveň se také zaměřuje na státní politiku v souvislosti s touto problematikou a dochází i ke komparaci se zahraničím. Na základě získaných dat je analyzován podnik LOM PRAHA s.p. a jsou zde navrhnuta možná opatření směřující ke zlepšení jeho stavu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of current demographic development, especially in the context of aging population. It is also followed by state policy in the context of demographic issues and the comparison of the foreign states. Based on data obtained, the company LOM PRAHA s.p. is analysed and there are suggested possible measures to improve its condition.
