Analysis of educational strategies used in special institutes of education and care.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky orientována na oblast problematiky aplikací strategií pedagogických pracovníků při řešení porušování závažných sociálních norem ve školských zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče. V teoretické části budou zpracována témata vztahující se ke zvolené problematice, zejména se bude jednat o otázky přijímání a osvojování sociálních norem v rámci socializace jedince, odchylky v socializaci jedince a jeho morální projev. Teoretická část se dále bude zabývat školským zařízením náhradní výchovné péče a náročnými výchovnými situacemi, které v něm nastávají. Praktickou část budou tvořit výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem bude analýza navržených strategií pedagogických pracovníků ve výchovných ústavech při řešení porušování významných sociálních norem. Praktická část bude dále zaměřena na posouzení souvislosti mezi výchovnými strategiemi a užitým morálním soudem. Součástí práce budou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi. Dosažené výsledky a stanovená doporučení budou využitelná v praxi ve školských zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the application of different strategies used by pedagogical staff when solving violations of serious social norms in school institutions of substitute educational care. In the theoretical part, related topics will be elaborated, especially questions of acceptance and adoption of social norms within the socialization of the individual, deviations in the socialization of the individual and its moral manifestation. The theoretical part also describes educational institution of substitute educational care and difficult educational situations that occur there. The practical part contaions results of the research which aims to analyze proposed strategies of dealing with social standard violations in educational institutions. The practical part is further focused on the assessment of the connection between educational strategies and the applied moral judgment. Specific conclusions and recommendations for the practice are also desrbied in this thesis. Presented results and recommendations be applicable in practice in educational institutions of substitute educational care.
