Polysemy as a legal-linguistic problem: examples of selected polyseme words in the terminology of company law.
Abstract:
This thesis defines the issue of polysemy from the point of vieuw of legal linguistics. The aim of the thesis is to define the meaning of these words used in different contexts. A part of the thesis is a glossary summarizing the observed meaning changes of the investigated words.Abstract:
Předkládaná práce vymezuje problematiku polysémi z pohledu právní lingvistiky. Cílem práce je vymezení významu vybraných slov z oblasti práva obchodních společností a popis změn ve významu těchto slov při jejich užití v různých kontextech. Součástí práce je glosář shrnující zjištěné významové změny zkoumaných slov.
