Los antiguos y los nuevos arabismos en el campo de la gastronomía

Old and New Arabisms in the Field of Gastronomy
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of Arabic influence on the Spanish language with a focus on the field of gastronomy. Its main objective is to identify Arabic expressions from specific sources and further analyse them on the basis of available lexicographical tools, with emphasis on etymology and the classification of words into categories of old and new Arabisms.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou arabského vlivu na španělský jazyk se zaměřením na oblast gastronomie. Jejím hlavním cílem je identifikovat arabské výrazy z konkrétních zdrojů a nadále je analyzovat na základě dostupných lexikografických nástrojů, s důrazem na etymologii a klasifikaci slov do kategorií starých a nových arabismů.
