Kindergarten selection based on online web discussions' users

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma volby mateřské školy z pohledu uživatelek webových diskuzí. Je členěna do tří částí. Teoretická část přibližuje některé ze změn, které proběhly ve školství na úrovni mateřských škol a popisuje současný stav předškolního vzdělávání. Poté se věnuje činnostem dětí v mateřských školách a vzdělání, profesním činnostem a vlastnostem učitelů mateřských škol. Následně se zabývá vztahy mezi mateřskou školou a rodiči. Šetření popsané v metodologické a empirické části pojednává o tom, jakým způsobem hovoří uživatelky webových diskuzí o volbě mateřské školy pro své dítě. Data byla zpracována metodou kvantitativní obsahové analýzy a uspořádána do podoby přehledových tabulek v empirické části. Tyto tabulky v textu komentuji a k jednotlivým výsledkům uvádím ilustrativní úryvky. V závěrečné části práce zodpovídám výzkumné otázky, přičemž výsledky práce vztahuji k výsledkům uvedených výzkumů i k poznatkům z teoretické části práce. Výsledky práce zčásti korespondují s výsledky uvedených výzkumů. Jsou však rozšířeny o další kategorie, které se vyskytovaly v textech při zpracování výzkumného vzorku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the theme of choice of kindergarten from the point of view of the users of web discussions. It is divided into three parts. The theoretical part also describes some of the changes that took place in kindergarten education and describes the current state of pre-school education. It also discusses the activities of children in kindergartens and the education, professional activities and characteristics of kindergarten teachers. It then deals with the relationship between kindergarten and parents. The survey described in the methodological and empirical part discusses how the users of the web discussions talk about choosing a kindergarten for their child. The data was processed using a quantitative content analysis method and arranged in the form of overview tables in the empirical section. These tables are discussed in the text and give an overview of the results. In the final part of the thesis research questions are answered, discussing both the results of the work as well as the theoretical part of the thesis. The results are based partly on the results of the research, however, they are expanded by other topics that appeared in the texts when processing a research sample.
