Diagnostics of reactive capacitively coupled plasma
Abstract:
Nízkotlaké plazma je komplikované prostředí, ve kterém probíhá množství fyzikálních a~chemických procesů. Cílem této práce je diagnostika kapacitně vázaného nízkotlakého výboje ve směsi vodíku a dusíku. Použité diagnostické metody jsou hmotnostní spektrometrie s~možností měřit rozdělovací funkci energie iontů, Langmuirova sonda a optická emisní spektrometrie.
Abstract:
Low pressure plasma is highly complicated environment where many physical and chemical transformations are to process. The goal of this thesis is the diagnostics of the capacitively coupled low pressure discharge in the hydrogen and nitrogen gas mixture.
