Mediation in Cochem practice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Mediace v Cochemské praxi se zabývá vlivem mediace v procesu Cochemské praxe na vzájemné pochopení rodičů a jak toto pochopení přispívá k uzavření mediační dohody. Pro tento typ práce byl využit kvalitativní výzkum prostřednictvím případové studie. Sběr dat byl proveden formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se třemi respondentkami a jako metoda analýzy dat byla využita interpretativní fenomenologická analýza. Výsledky výzkumu prokázaly dosažení schopnosti porozumění mezi účastníky mediace, která se projevila jako dostačující schopnost vedoucí k možnosti uzavření mediační dohody mezi stranami, přestože ke vzájemnému pochopení nedošlo. Výsledky nadále prokázaly účastníkovo prožívání procesu mediace, které se vcelku jeví jako velmi pozitivní a mediace jako přínosná, jelikož poskytuje svým klientům především bezpečný prostor pro vhodnou a otevřenou komunikaci a dosažení porozumění mezi nimi za pomoci mediátora.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Mediation in Cochem practice focuses on the influence of mediation in the Cochem practice on mutual understanding of parents and how this understanding helps to conclusion of a mediation agreement. The qualitative research in the form of a case study was used for this work and collection of data was executed by using a semi-structured interview with three respondents. Analysis of data was executed by an interpretative phenomenological analysis. Results of this research have demonstrated the ability of achieving the mutual understanding among the mediation's participants, which is sufficient to conclude the mediation's agreement despite the disagreement between the clients. Moreover the results showed the mediation is perceived as positive and beneficial experience, because it provides clients with safe place for open communication which, with assist of mediator, helps them with mutual understanding.
