Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem generační obměny na rodinné zemědělské farmě. Subjektem kvalitativního výzkumu je farma v Olomouckém kraji a čtyři členové rodiny. Proces předávání nástupnictví byl urychlen vážnou dopravní nehodou zakladatele, nicméně z legislativní stránky proces stále není dodnes ukončen. The master thesis deals with the process of passing on the family farm from one generation to the next. The subject of the qualitative research is a farm in the Olomouc region and four family members.
