Ranking of Values and Needs Changes of Person after Serious Illness Undergoing

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem se změnily potřeby a hodnotový systém u člověka, který prodělal závažné onemocnění. Cíleně jsem si vybrala klientku po chirurgické exstirpaci rekta pro rektální karcinom. V teoretické části práce jsou objasněny psychologické pojmy a charakteristika onemocnění, jeho prevence, diagnostika, léčba a péče o klienty s kolorektálním karcinomem. V rámci praktické části byly další informace a poznatky získány pomocí rozhovorů s vybranou klientkou, na jejichž základě byla vypracována kazuistika. Dále bylo provedeno zhodnocení ošetřovatelské anamnézy a katamnézy.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to found out, how the needs and the value system of person after serious illness undergoing changed. I purposefully chose the client after surgical extirpation of the rectum for rectal carcinoma. Psychological terms and characteristics of the disease, its prevention, diagnosis, treatment and how to care about clients with rectal carcinoma are illustrated in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the case of practical part, some additional information and findings were obtained through interviews with the selected client, on which basis the case report was written. Finally, the assessment of nursing anamnesis and catamnesis has been made.
